With years of hands-on expertise cultivated by working for industry leaders, we possess a deep understanding of all facets of renewable energy Construction Management. From problem solving and interfacing with subcontractors, to ensuring compliance with respective AHJs and meeting investors’ (project off-take) needs, our communication skills and proficiency in fostering cohesion among on-site and remote stakeholders ensures that projects succeed efficiently.

Augment & Extend Client’s On-site Presence

A lot can go awry on a complex project site when you’re not watching closely, therefore, unable to respond. Our role on-site extends beyond mere oversight; we act as the owner’s vigilant representatives, observing, reporting and addressing issues proactively and loyally defending against unwarranted change orders. This level of dedication not only safeguards project budget and timelines, but also upholds the highest standards of quality. As an Owner’s Representative, we take immense pride in our work, which is reflected in our commitment to excellence and our ability to identify and solve complex problems, often before they arise. Our expertise, combined with our ongoing professional development, which includes updated OSHA safety certifications, ensures that every project safely benefits from our comprehensive knowledge, loyalty and unwavering attention to detail.

Tools & Preparation

In addition to required safety equipment (PPE), our representatives report to site fully equipped with all necessary inspection checklists, reporting forms, punch-lists and letter templates associated with their roles and disciplines. Our proprietary, digital library is equipped with over 100 standardized forms that we’ve created and curated internally over the last decade. At the forefront of each project assignment, we review the applicable forms with the client and invite feedback to ensure work product and reporting meet specifications.

Fleet Vehicles, On & Off Road

PEC owns a fleet of maintained, economical service vehicles that we provide to most of our employed representatives. These vehicles, equipped with 4×4 drive, GPS tracking, medical and emergency response kits, ensure safe and reliable access to project sites with cost certainty. Additionally, we own and operate a number of side by sides and mini-trucks that are available as an optional service to our clients.

Safety First. Always.

We prioritize “safety first” and are committed to providing a clean, hazard-free, and healthy work environment. To achieve this, we strive to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local occupational health and .safety regulations.
We employ Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) certified and qualified health and safety personnel adept at setting up risk assessments, method statements, conducting compliance toolbox talks, handling accident reporting, and facilitating audits.
