  • Clear understanding of local permitting and regulatory compliance across multiple state and network system operator jurisdictions.
  • Aptness to efficiently work with the designated EPC Construction team from construction through commissioning and commercial operation.
  • Long history of accurately documenting and reporting project progress.
  • Equipped with over 100 standardized inspection forms, checklists and letter templates to track and report progress effectively. 
  • Customer service focused supported by strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of project related contracts, files and documents as they pertain to respective stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated quality of excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Vast knowledge in interconnection procedures at the TX and DX level, including substation construction, collector, gen-tie and line-tap applications.
  • Professional, strong leadership skills with a consistent and uncompromising adherence to maintaining integrity.
  • Passionate and motivated to achieve a successful project by targeted COD.
