Introduction:

Founded by Eddie Pease in Missouri in 2016, PEC is a best-in-class Construction Management and Project Management solution provider with decades of experience deploying large solar, wind, energy storage and transmission infrastructure systems.

On behalf of our top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 listed electrical utilities, developers and multi-national Independent Power Producers, our dispatched teams of Owner Representatives have supported the successful deployment of several portfolios of large, utility scale, renewable power generation facilities representing several gigawatts of interconnected capacity.

Since our inception, we’ve operated coast to coast across the United States, and, to better serve our client base, in Q4 2023 we expanded into Canada.

As an Owner’s Representative, everything we do serves the best interest of our client, the project owner.

Our role is to ensure our valued client’s renewable power generation, storage and transmission infrastructure projects achieve commercial operation safely while meeting or exceeding expectations, budgets and timelines.

As a full-service solution provider, PEC is able to competitively and effectively support the deployment of our clients’ projects from Pre-construction Planning, through Commissioning and turnover to Operations.
