PEC provides a wide scope of Pre–construction, Construction, Commissioning and Turnover to Operations project services, including but not limited to:

  • Monitor delivery of all components to site
  • Maintain accurate, up-to date tracking of all on-site production
  • Observe Construction progress to report deviations from schedule
  • Collaborate with contractor to ensure schedules align with targeted project milstone dates
  • Provide constructiability reviews
  • Monitor construction progress and report deviations from specifications
  • Work closely with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) while documenting and adhering to their requests
  • Coordinate, catalogue and confirm delivery of all manuals, quality documentation, warranties, as-builts and spare parts
  • Other - Perform all PM services specified by client

 

During all phases of construction, communication, accountability and team-work is key. As a third-party Owner’s Representative, we’re able to effectively maximize relationships on a level that may be outside of our clients reach, including those with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, landowners, communities and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
